We handle end of lease make-good painting to bring the space back to the condition your lease requires, and we work alongside builders and shopfitters on new fit-outs and refurbishments. We can also take care of related work such as plaster repairs, high pressure cleaning and on-site spray painting of doors, frames and metalwork, so you only need to deal with one contractor.

Yes. We repaint offices to make-good standard at the end of a lease, including patching fixings and repairing damaged walls and ceilings.
It depends on the size of the space and whether the work is staged. A small office can often be done over a weekend, while larger floors are staged over several nights. We give you a program with your quote.
